 Return/Exchange

Orders are only returnable/exchangeable if:

  • The product is clearly faulty/damaged Or received the incorrect goods.
  • Reach us out at arthanhandmades@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to receive confirmation on the order's return/refund eligibility.
  • We will contact you to handle the return/exchange request.
  • Customers may be required to upload photographs of the product received in order to trigger the return .
  • A confirmation email would be sent to the consumer, validating the return/exchange request.
  • Customers may also opt to exchange the merchandise.
  • Customers may be subject to extra charges such as return charges and customs taxes. Customers will be informed of the amount in advance.
  •  

 Refunds

Refunds (net of any additional charges incurred as a result of the return) will be sent to the same issuing bank from which the Product was purchased, using the same payment method. At arthan handlooms & handmades, refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the product.

 

  • The refunded money may take 7-10 business days to appear in the bank account/credit card/wallet from the date of refund start.
  • False, unfounded, or unjustified complaints about the delivery or quality of the Products will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Customers can file a chargeback with their bank if the refund amount does not appear within 15 days of the refund being initiated.

 

Before the refund is executed, the product will go through the following internal checks:

  • The items returned must be in their original condition.
  • The items must not be used or washed.
  • The items should still retain their original tags/labels and folds.
  • The items should be returned with the package in which they were sent.
  • If the returned items do not fulfill any of the above-mentioned internal screening conditions, the refund may be delayed or not completed.

 

 Cancellation

If a customer cancels an order before it is been dispatched , Arthan Handlooms & Handmades may accept the order cancellation and repay the buyer within a period of time (7 Business days). In such circumstances, the order value will be returned less any transaction fees levied by the bank. Please keep in mind that  Arthan Handlooms & Handmades may be unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched or are in route.
